The story behind it
"I just wanted to eat good food while saving money."
It started in Manila, Philippines. Extra portions brought to officemates after a long shift. That became a small stall. The stall became a store, with a real kitchen, two dedicated employees, and a line of regulars who kept coming back for the Takoyaki and the Shawarma. Leny built all of it part-time, cooking right after work, scaling everything by memory and feel. This site is where that finally gets written down.
